RETURN POLICY  

Baxter of California accepts returned products under the following conditions:

  • Broken bottle, tube, and closures.
  • Unsatisfied with product - must have at least 80% product remaining.
  •  Must be claimed no later than 30 days after Invoice date.  

 

Missing or Damaged Products:

Please contact immediately if you experience damaged or missing items. We will either track your package, or replace the damaged items at our expense. All returns must be sent to Baxter of California, for the exchange of a new unit.

Shipping
B.O.C offers free shipping on all orders over $50.00 in the continental United States. All other domestic orders will be charged a flat fee of $5.95. Depending on the size and destination of the package, B.O.C will ship via U.S.P.S or Fed-Ex Ground.

APO. FPO. and all U.S Military - domestic shipping rules apply.
Canada: Flat fee of $12.00
Over Seas Shipping: We offer international shipping for a flat fee or $30.00. We ship international via U.S.P.S. / Or Fed-Ex
