- Put a fingernail-sized amount into the palm of your hand and rub palms together to warm and emulsify the pomade.
- Apply evenly throughout damp or dry hair with fingertips.
- Apply product to wet hair for a wet-look finish, or to dry hair for a more natural look with less definition.

Very soft
I have been trying four pomades from Baxter of California as part of a travel size package. This pomade is one of my favorites because it's soft but still has a little hold to it. I will either blow dry my hair just for a quick minute and apply Hard Water Pomade while my hair is still pretty dampblow dry and then finish with Creme Pomade. Or I will blow dry completely and add a little of this product for some hold. My hair is currently a medium length so I can wear it up or down (more casual) and this product works great for both styles.

Best Hair Pomade
I buy these pomades for my husband and he loves them. His hair is curly and it tames his hair naturally without it looking overdone. He sometimes mixes this pomade with the hard cream pomade for a different look. After years of trying out new products, we're done looking and we'll keep coming back to Baxter of CA.

Best Hair Styling Product I’ve Ever Used.
I have thick hair. So that means it can be hard to find products that are strong enough to work with my hair, yet aren’t too overbearing. This strikes the nail on the head (or me on the head - hahaha).
Anyway, this product is great. It excentrantes the natural qualities that my hair already has, and basically guides it into its proper place, without making it look like it has product in it, when I’m styling it. It lasts for a pretty long time, too, if you use it correctly. Thanks, Baxter!

Perfect for everyday use and easy to use!
I'm writing this for my husband, but he loves this! It's totally an every day product for him, as his hair is on the wavier side if it isn't freshly cut. This helps tame the crazy hairs and gives a nice soft hold to his hair. I love the way his hair looks when he uses this to style it! :) I received this product complimentary for testing purposes.

Great for longer hair
This product is great, especially when used with other pomades offered by Baxter. I don't really like firm hold throughout my hair as my hair is long and I don't really like the "slicked-back" look that a firm hold gives me. That's why I really like using this product for the front of my hair so I can still have some mess and it doesn't look like I'm even using cream, but it still holds. This product is perfect for the job!

The best pomade
I've been using pomade for a long time but I struggle to find one that it able to be good at having a hold but not too shiny for during the day. But this pomade was able to have a light hold and does not have a shine. I will continue to use this and I've recommended to all my friends. I did receive this complimentary from Baxter and Influenster but this is an honest review of the product.

Perfect Finish
My favorite of the four pomades I received. I love the natural finish versus shiny. It works perfectly with my style. Very easy to use and they also provide styling videos to help out with applying.
I also combine this with the hard cream to allow a firmer hold which works perfectly! I received this product as a promotion through Influenster.

It is good point that Cream Pomade has easy styling for asian thick hair.
And, Cream Pomade is washable well because it is water-based.
So, I prefer Cream Pomade for Hard Cream Pomade.
